
Only 2 more pig roasts at Hearth this year.
Why do I love a pig roast? there’s just something so everything about that mass of pork and fat on a stick. Not leaving an ounce of meat for the grubs. I doubt they do that here, but that’s how i would do it. They probably use napkins and wine glasses… I always wanted to be stranded on an island like Lord of the Flies or White Water Summer. I would make a great pig.
