It’s all a competition for who was first and who was the best… Who’s family rocked the hardest, the longest. THESE Umberto’s have been around since 1958 – 7 years before the “Original Umberto’s of New Hyde Park” got started. Those “Originals” were still in Brooklyn in their white shirt sleeves with pitstains and bad acne when this location got started.

This particular establishment has such delicious cream sauces. Your tortellinis – OH! – what a great world we live in. The pizzas are excellent – choose 3 corners or 4 – with a buttery crust… Yes, Umberto, I noticed! how sweet of you! You sure spread that butter well. And olive oil – I saw those delicious homemade rolls with OO spread on it.
