My 19-year old friend asked me for some restaurant recommendations for he and his lady friend to go to in the city.
I am trying to keep the cost down, and the crowds low – because they will probably be going on a weekend.

Malatesta – 649 Washington St.
Brasilianville Grill – 4313 34th Ave – Astoria, Queens
Of course, this is a lot of pressure, because they are coming from way out in the island and this is going to be a destination. No room for mistakes. Gotta make it work. Hope they have a great time.
