Sunrise 27 – Manhattan Chinatown, NY

Sunrise 27 Inc
Category: Chinese, Dim Sum
Neighborhood: Manhattan/Chinatown
27 Division St
(between Catherine St & Market St)
New York, NY 10002

I am having trouble telling differences in dim sum lately. I can say that the food tasted fresh for the most part. Some of the better dishes I had were the chow fun, chicken feet, bok choy, spare ribs, and those leek dumpilngs. Maybe the mei fun had a bad day…

The carts came around frequently with a big variety. Many items contain fish in some form or another. They had about 15 percent more variety of dishes carted around than what I am used to.

With such a large congregation, you can be sure the volume of food is heavy and therefore probably consistently fresh.
