It’s clear Valentino respects the integrity of their food. This is a real Italian market. The cheese selection is impressive and the meats do not hold back their flavor. That ham they had out today was unapologetically spicy.
It seems like a good resource for specific Italian sauces and other food products you may have been looking for since childhood.
I can tell there is a lot of integrity from the owners with their product. Although when I went, some signs made me question the love from the employees. That could a difference maker.
