I probably shouldn’t be advertising for this… the pre-release tickets are already sold out. If you want to go, I would casually stroll in at 7pm, there will probably be extra tickets…

This looks like an amazing event where the Village Voice’s food critic, Robert Sietsema, ‘hand picked’ 30 restaurants from the five boroughs and set up a tasting session to show off their cuisines. There should be an eclectic collection of cultures and ideas available for tasting.

I love this because I havent heard of most of the restaurants, the Village Voice seems uncompromising and I’ve gotten many of my adventures from there, and for them to be hand picked – oh this sounds great. I am worried I may not get in, but I will do my best… I’m coming down with a cold already for Tuesday…
