Here is the first green pepper I have ever liked. At first I was hesitant, I don’t usually like peppers.
The pepper is either on the top or bottom. Again, it is the dense shrimp meal as the stuffing. Brown sauce on top.
The stuffing mixed with the pepper creates a nice exchange of flavors. The stuffing is dense and moist. The pepper snaps and adds a little bit of spice. Pretty good.
