This was my first real chinese food discovery in Binghamton. Across from the cemetary on Riverside. It’s legit. It won’t make you sick like Red Wok, sodexho sponsored wok, or China One. I am critical about my Chinese food. Those places suck. Foliage is good. SUNYs, If you want chinese like you had back in Long Island, Foliage can satisfy you.
